The Sun Salutation Yoga online course on Zoom is led by Yoga Master Lim, covering the asana sequence known as Surya Namaskar. Translated from Sanskrit, Surya means “sun,” and Namaskar means “greeting” or “salute.” The yoga exercise is designed to engage, stretch and invigorate the whole body while keeping the focus on meditative breathing. Sun salutations, when practised regularly, has been shown to increase physical relaxation, mental quiet and the feeling of being at ease/peace, rested, and refreshed.

Zoom classes are held daily from 9.15-10.30am. When you join the course, you implicitly agree to be part of the Yoga (Sun Salutation) WhatsApp group. After enroling online via Courses > Direct Enrolments on this website, please send an email with your mobile number to: enquiries@u3ahighvale.com.au.
You will then be contacted through WhatsApp with the Zoom link. Periodic notices and updates will also be communicated via WhatsApp.

The Health Qigong on Zoom course aimed at health improvement. It focuses on mind body exercise (MBE) and is hosted by a Singapore-based club on Mondays and Fridays. Although classes are in Mandarin, that shouldn’t be a deterrent — you just need to follow the instructor’s hands and body movements. When you join the course, you implicitly agree to be part of the Qigong WhatsApp group through which Zoom links and updates are communicated.
