A How-to Guide for Mindfulness Meditation Groups
(Based on a program designed by Beate Steller – 2023)
This six-week Program is aimed at supporting older people to experience calm and peace through the practice of mindfulness meditation.
Benefits of mindfulness meditation include meaningfully connecting and sharing with other elders, which can be facilitated through providing a supportive and reflective space, practicing mindfulness meditation, and practicing and expressing gratitude.

Week 1 | What is mindfulness and how to meditate. |
Week 2 | The importance of breathing and practicing it well. |
Week 3 | Mindful observation in daily life |
